Missing a lecture amounts to missing minimum two and half hours (maximum five hours) teaching. As the subject of Computer Programming is conceptual and as every lecture is linked logically to its predecessor and successor, no student can afford to miss any lecture in the entire course.
Even though students are expected to attend only their own batch, only under exceptional circumstances, if a student misses a lecture, with prior approval from the office only a student may attend equivalent lecture in other batch. This approval will depend on the vacant seats available in the other batch where he wishes to attend the said lecture.
If a student misses a lecture and could not also attend equivalent lecture in other batches, then before attending the lecture he should on his own make himself up to date with the level of the class by studying whatever he has missed.
